Wonderful office staff and Dentists. Also the care I receive from my hygienist Melissa is the best! She takes her time and is great at her job. She truly cares whether my teeth stay healthy. Absolutely recommend this practice!

I have a history of trauma with the dentist and I am SO happy to have found this practice. The facility is extremely clean, they provide snacks and drinks while you wait. Everyone who I have worked with at Bison Dentistry has been kind, compassionate and always making sure I’m doing okay with whatever the procedure is happening. They are so professional and I’m just so thrilled to have found them. Couldn’t recommend more!

Let me tell you about this place. I had to get a tooth removed ASAP. After a horrific experience at ECMC and the inability to locate a dentist within 20 miles accepting new patients. Bison dental came through. I called 16 dentists, I got bad attitudes and rude responses “what don’t you understand… we’re not accepting new patients” is what I was told by the previous 16. I nearly lost all hope until I called bison. Facing a horrible infection in my mouth NO ONE was willing to help me EXPECT FOR BISON. They answered the phone politely empathized for my scenario and got me in their schedule ASAP.. although they didn’t take my insurance it truly was an emergency and they understood. They did everything they legally could to lower my out of pocket cost and before I knew it my tooth was sitting on the side table next to the LOVELY dentist. No pain. No fear. Nothing but trust for these people. Professional, relatable, polite, and ALL BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE. . Hidden gem of a dentistry. Highly recommend and will be moving my kids from winning smiles to them ASAP. They’re bedside manner was amazing and I felt comfortable and in good qualified hands the entire time. I’m back to smiling big now. Couldn’t thank them enough. Your playing yourself and your smile if you go anywhere else 😬😬😬😬😬😬

I had to try out a couple different dentists recently because of insurance changes. This was by far the best one. I am so impressed and happy with Bison Dentistry! Everyone is so friendly and I had a great experience. 12/10 would recommend.

The staff at Bison Dentistry were super nice, explaining every step of the way. All the equipment is top of the line and the overall experience was great! Definitely recommend this dentistry.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I've avoided going for a long time, and been dreading the results I'd here when I finally did. I finally booked an appointment with Bison Dentistry after researching offices and hearing all the good reviews about them and their kindness and compassion. They are 100% true. I went to see Melissa today for first appointment cleaning etc. and she's an amazing person that put me entirely at ease which I didn't think was possible!!! Dr. Rita was also an amazingly kind person to meet. This office really helped me take the step of going to the dentist. Next appointment booked and not dreading it!

Melissa was amazing! She was so patient and kind. She explained everything before and as she was doing it. I’ve had a few not great experiences other places so I was really nervous, but they really work to make you as comfortable as possible. I have sensory issues and she was super understanding and let me hold my weighted cow the whole time to help manage any distress. I have to go back for more of the treatment, because I’ve avoided dentists for so long, but I feel so much more confident about appointments now that I’ve been here!

Great first impression. Front desk staff very kind and welcoming. Heidi was friendly, professional, and much more gentler than my last dentist. Explained any charges before there was a surprise bill. I will be recommending to my friends and family that might be looking to move away from the big box dentists.

I was surprised at how open and friendly everyone was. Each employee greeted me with a "Welcome to the practice" or some variation thereof. That caught me pleasantly off guard. The whole atmosphere was cheery, very much out of my experience. 😊 Dr Kosar was friendly and helpful, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. I chose Bison as my new dental practice based on the reviews, and they were spot on! Good job, Bison!

Liz, my first time meeting her, cleaned my teeth today. She was incredibly kind, explaining everything step by step and answering all my questions. Her friendly demeanor and the meticulous care she took in her work made this experience truly exceptional. I would rate it a solid 5 stars without hesitation. Keep up the fantastic work!
